We are provide Pan Application services through "Close wallet" by UTIITSL. Our company's authorized kiosk centre will be used this closed wallet in only to pay PAN Card fee to us. Then our company pay to PAN Fee to UTIITSL. The kiosk manager cannot use "Close wallet" in any other services. We are add close wallet by "PayTm Payment gateway".
