Refund Policy:  We provide My Pan Centre close wallets for using PAN Card application fee to our registered Kiosk Managers. The Kiosk Manager take My Pan Centre close wallet through Payment gateway or deposite amount in the company's (Arati Id Services) bank account, We allott our wallet to the kiosk manager login's for using PAN Card application services. If the Kiosk Manager want to refund his/her amount then they may raise request within 24 hours of released wallet, If the Kiosk Manager used his/her wallets in the PAN Application then It should not able to refund the amount. Only not use wallet amount should be refund within 3-7days of his/her Bank accounts. The My Pan Centre will collect payment from our registered franchisee only, and as per collect payment we given 100% My Pan Centre close wallet amount in his/her login pages. If the Kiosk manager using payment gateway for add "My Pan Centre Wallets" on his/her login, then the My Pan Centre Close Wallet should be instant transfer of his/her login. And if the Kisok Manager using NEFT/RTGS/IMPS on company's bank account then the wallet should be release within 48-72 hours of his/her login.
